Creamy Potato Soup

- 3-4 tbsp Butter
- 3-4 Carrots chopped
- 3-4 Celery stalks chopped
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 5-6 Medium Red Potatoes
- 1 sm Can of evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 3-4 tbsp Flour to thicken
- 2-3 Cups Water
- 3-4 tbsp Watkins Chicken Soup Base
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Add butter to medium heat in soup pot
Add veggies and cook until soften, then add chicken soup base
Add water, milk, evaporated milk, salt pepper, garlic powder, bring to a boil.
Wisk in flour to thicken soup
Simmer for about 10 minutes
