Garlic Scape Compound Butter
This is a delicious way to use your garlic scapes and any other herb from your summer garden to enhance the flavors of your food and steaks.

- 1 lb Butter unsalted- room temperature.
- 10-12 Scapes
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 bunch Thyme
Once butter is at room temperature, wash and chopped up your herbs.
Fold the herbs into the butter.
Place butter on a piece of plastic wrap and roll up to form a long tube. Twist ends to seal.
Place in freezer to harden and form.
