Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups Water
  • 3 Oranges peeled
  • 2 Lemons peeled
  • Ginger about a handful
  • 8 to 9 pieces of turmeric root or 2 tbsp ground turmeric

Pro-Tip: To gain the true benefits of this shot, you will need an ingredient to activate the turmeric. The ginger will do this, but if you don't have ginger, then add a pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop up ingredients as needed
  • Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor
  • Strain into whatever container you want: glass bottle, mason jars, ice cube tray, etc.
  • Enjoy!
