Butter unsalted- room temperature.

Instructions
Once butter is at room temperature, wash and chop up your herbs.
Fold the herbs into the butter.
Place butter on a piece of plastic wrap and roll up to form a long tube. Twist ends to seal.
Place in freezer to harden and form.
