  • 1 Pumpkin

Instructions
 

  • Wash your pumpkin
  • Cut off stem and poke vent holes around the pumpkin
  • Place pumpkin in the pressure cooker
  • Cook on high for 10-20 minutes
  • Cut and scoop out flesh
  • Mix flesh (option to blend in a food processor)
