Chipper Bar Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 C Quick Oats
  • 1 C Flour
  • 1 C Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 C Butter (melted)
  • 1/3 C Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 14oz Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 C Chocolate Chips

Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a greased 9×13″ pan mix oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, baking soda, and salt.
  • Reserve 1.5 cups of this crumble mixture to use on top.
  • Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  • In a small bowl stir peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk and pour evenly over the base layer in the pan. Add reserved crumble to the top, add chocolate chips/ m&ms and press down with hand.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Once cooled cut into desired sizes .
